GIULIA DEAMINA
At the Crossroads of Fashion,
Luxury,
Sustainable Cosmetics
and Education
Giulia Deamina embodies a rare trajectory, where fashion, luxury management, media, and now cosmetics reconcile international ambition, business acumen, and personal convictions. With 20 years of experience in management and as Editor-in-Chief of Deamina Magazine for 12 years, she has built a bridge between Europe and the United States, establishing herself as a global player in the luxury and fashion media sectors.

A Journey Forged in Milan
Radiating Internationally
Since her beginnings at age 19, when she founded her first management agency, Milan has been her "original home": it was there that she understood the codes of fashion, the demands of couture, and the mechanics of established houses. Simultaneously, she launched Deamina Magazine, a publication dedicated to fashion, luxury, and lifestyle that quickly became a reference in the industry, covering the most prestigious events in the sector.
Very quickly, she collaborated with major capitals – Paris, London, Dubai, New York – and fully participated in major events on the international calendar. These "Big Four" Fashion Weeks (New York, London, Milan, Paris) structure the global market: each season, they generate – according to the most recent estimates – up to several billion euros in global economic impact, blending orders, tourism, media coverage, and trend influence.
This constant movement between fashion capitals, media backstage, and business direction gives her a unique perspective: that of a professional capable of combining creativity, excellence, and economic pragmatism. As an editor, journalist, and producer, Giulia has developed a deep understanding of luxury dynamics, covering for years major events such as the TFWA in Cannes, the Cannes Film Festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes & Monte-Carlo Yachting Festival, the Cannes Television Festival, as well as the Global Short Film Festival.
From Europe to the United States
A Strategic Opening
Her move to North America marks a turning point: this territory – vast, diverse, demanding – offers her the opportunity to transition from a purely European role to a global positioning. For more than ten years, she has used her expertise to support European houses in their expansion across the Atlantic, adapt brand strategies, and prepare worldwide launches.
This bridging role is crucial in a context where the beauty and luxury industry is reinventing itself: internationalization, market globalization, increased attention to sustainability and image are pushing players to rethink their management. Giulia establishes herself in this movement, aware of the new dynamics.
Towards Responsible Cosmetics
A New Chapter
Her interest in cosmetology is not fortuitous. Having covered events such as the TFWA in Cannes, the Cannes Film Festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes & Monte-Carlo Yachting Festival, and the Cannes Television Festival for years as a journalist for Deamina Magazine, she knows the stakes, trends, and market expectations. This journalistic and editorial background prepared her for what she is experiencing today: collaborating with Clarins – a renowned French cosmetics group – which became a certified B Corp company in 2025, committed to a structured social and environmental approach.
B Corp certification – rare for a major cosmetics group – underscores the group's commitment: significant reduction in carbon emissions, logistical transition favoring land or sea transport, ingredient traceability, regenerative agriculture, sustainable packaging.
Recently, Giulia joined one of the most exclusive medspas, an award-winning urban spa. She leads a high-end space that combines cutting-edge technology, latest-generation skin analysis, personalized aesthetic and medical-aesthetic treatments. This positioning places her at the intersection of cosmetics, wellness, dermatological expertise, and the growing expectations of consumers for responsible and transparent products.

"Fashion Revolution"
Education, Inclusion,Transmission
Alongside her professional commitments, Giulia is leading an ambitious editorial project titled Fashion Revolution. The idea: to rethink fashion from the earliest age – no longer as a market or luxury, but as a means of expression, identity, and diversity.
This vibrant book celebrates fashion for all genders and body types, demonstrating fashion's capacity to express identity, communicate ideas, and reflect the changes in our world. Fashion Revolution addresses children from preschool through high school, to awaken their creativity, confidence, sense of aesthetics, and inspire them to dream big.
She partners with Nancy Vuu – renowned Hollywood designer – and the House of VUU Foundation, so that the proceeds serve support projects, alternative education, and opening possibilities. Through this project, Giulia implements a sustainable and inclusive vision of fashion that goes beyond mere image to touch on emancipation, self-confidence, and equal opportunity – values all the more important at a time when the global beauty and cosmetics market is experiencing sustained growth, driven by demand for sustainable, natural, personalized products, and by increased awareness of environmental and societal issues.
A portion of Fashion Revolution's proceeds will be donated to the House of VUU Foundation to support sustainable personal and professional development. The foundation meets people where they are and provides opportunities to live their dreams.
"The book will be released in a few days and will be available worldwide on the ten most important platforms – and beyond..."

FASHIONED FOR LOVE BY NANCY VUU
Balance Between Success and Personal Life
In this journey – intense, creative, strategic by turns – Giulia chooses never to sacrifice what matters most: her family. She speaks of her son Shawn Alexander, 4 years old, and her husband, not as a simple moral balance, but as a source of energy and commitment – a driving force that inspires her to give her best, not only for herself, but for a broader, fairer, more humane future.
"Being a wife and mother is my driving force that helps me convey values to my son. Having a family to lean on gives you that extra energy to be both an incredible wife and mother while building a successful career."
This dual movement – towards professional excellence and towards concrete humanism – gives her story an inspiring and contemporary dimension: that of a woman capable of combining success, ethics, audacity, and responsibility.
Portrait of a Visionary Professional
Giulia Deamina illustrates an epochal change in fashion and beauty: the shift from exclusivity and stereotypical prestige to a global, responsible, conscious vision. She navigates between the demands of major houses, the challenges of the global market, the expectations of a new generation, and the urgency of a world in transformation.
She does not cultivate image for its own sake: she invests in development, education, and openness. She believes – and acts – so that fashion and beauty become vectors of expression, equality, and sustainability. At a time when the global cosmetics sector weighs several hundred billion dollars and is constantly redefining itself, her journey embodies a model of coherence.
In this sense, she belongs to this new generation of leaders who think of luxury not as a privilege, but as a lever of influence – capable of moving the needle, awakening consciousness, and building bridges between continents, cultures, and generations.
Her Message to Readers
"Always believe in your dreams and never give up. The path is not always easy, sometimes riddled with obstacles, but only consistency and integrity allow you to build something that stands the test of time. Education is fundamental: it provides the tools to develop your critical thinking and make the right decisions in difficult moments."
